Pen to Paper to Print: Publishing How To’s, Do’s & Don’ts

(with Local Writers Who Have Been There & Done That) I've completed writing my book, now what? Do I Self-Publish or pursue a Traditional publisher? and what about going Hybrid? How do I know which is right for me? Pen to Paper to Print is a four person panel presented by battle tested Connecticut writers who have been there and done that! With real life knowledge and 15+ published books between them, these authors are here to share what they've learned on their journeys in the hopes of helping you on yours. Panelists Sharon Arsego, Dr. Dawn Leger, Jordan Lopez (all from Bristol), and Joe the Poet (Waterbury) all have experience leading writing workshops and are active in various arts and culture scenes around the state. Joe the Poet and Dr. Dawn also have professional editorial assistance backgrounds, and Dr. Dawn was a founding member of a small traditional publishing press. In addition to an outlined presentation, there will be a Q&A session and the opportunity to network with fellow attendees. Join us for what is sure to be a helpful and hearty discussion!
