Sip and Stretch Sourdough Inclusions Class

Hands on sourdough making workshop Discover the art of sourdough baking in a welcoming environment where you will learn practical techniques and gain hands-on experience mixing, stretching, and shaping your very own sourdough inclusion loaf. Whether you are a beginner or looking to perfect your skills, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to elevate your baking game! All attendees will receive a glass of beer or wine to enjoy while participating. Please select one inclusion per ticket (as an add-on) prior to checkout. Available inclusions: Rosemary Garlic, Everything Bagel, Cheddar. Upon completion of the workshop you will walk away with: • Your own starter • A proofing basket and tea towel • A loaf to bake at home • A sourdough guide for the home baker Class will take place on the second floor of Parkville Market in the Local- the elevator is located behind the stairs. Doors open at 4:30 pm. Class begins promptly at 5 pm. All materials necessary for class will be provided-come as you are! You will need either a dutch oven (at least 5qt) or two nine inch loaf pans (at home) to bake your bread.
