Create your own body spray and decorate a custom beauty care bag. Engage in journaling to reflect on your self-care routines. Treat Yourself: Self-Care Workshop 11/14, 10am to 11:30am | *$5 per person Join us for an enriching hands-on session where participants will craft their own personalized body spray using natural ingredients. You will also create a relaxing bath or shower bomb designed to add a calming touch to your daily routine. Additionally, participants will decorate a customized bag to keep their self-care treasures; a reminder to prioritize themselves. The workshop includes journaling and reflection to foster awareness of self-care practices and emotional well-being, supporting self-love and promoting healthy routines. Participants must be 18+. Light refreshments will be provided.
