Whispers of Autumn

A Release, rest, and return to yourself. A grounding sound healing journey with Reiki & intention circle for deep calm. Whispers of Autumn — A Sound Healing Journey As the leaves turn and nature begins to let go, we are invited to do the same. Join us for Whispers of Autumn, a 90-minute restorative sound healing journey designed to help you release what is no longer serving you and return to a state of rooted, grounded peace. We will begin with an Intention Circle, where you will be guided to name and honor what you are ready to release this season. Using sacred herbs, we will create a collective clearing — offering back to the earth what we no longer need to carry. You will then be bathed in the healing frequencies of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments. These sounds are woven together to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and raise the frequency of the body and the space around you. This journey also includes Reiki energy healing and other intuitive healing gifts, offered throughout the soundscape to support deep release, heart opening, and renewal. Come as you are. No experience necessary. I have some yoga mats and pillows, feel free to bring extra mat or pillows if you need it Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to the wisdom of the Autumn season — ready to let go and make space for what is next.
