Walk It Out

Move, reflect, and connect during a guided outdoor experience combining hiking, intentional reflection, and meaningful conversation. Sometimes you need to move through it. Walk It Out is a guided hike-and-reflection experience. This isn't just about reaching the end of a trail. It's an opportunity to step away from the noise, move your body, reflect intentionally, and connect with yourself and others along the way. At the beginning of the experience, each participant will receive a reflection question to carry with them throughout the hike. We'll move together along the trail before gathering at our destination point for guided reflection and meaningful conversation. After the hike, participants will return to the gathering area to close out the experience and receive a curated wellness bag.
