Adults Animaker Space Milling Machine

Adult students 18+ can learn how to use the Modela MDX-50 and SolidWorks to make an awesome project! Welcome to the Garner Holt Animaker Space at the Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center! Our programs are designed to give participants the knowledge and "how-to" for many computer programs and machinery that learners of all ages are interested in. This session we will be hosting fun programs featuring: -3D Printing and TinkerCAD -CorelDRAW and Laser Cutting -Brother ScanNCut - And more! We please ask those who are registering for programs to follow the age guides for each class. These age guides are: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes are for ages 8-12 years old Wednesday classes are for teens ages 13-17 years old Saturday classes are for adults ages 18+ We currently do not have Animaker Space classes for children under 8 years old. Please visit the branch and pick up a current program calendar for a list of additional programs that the library offers for all ages. For the safety and security of all students, parents/guardians must remain either in the classroom or in the waiting area outside of the classroom for the duration of the program. Parents do not need to register themselves for children's classes. Registration is required for the actual class participants within the designated age range. Late arrivals will be accommodated until 15 minutes after the start of program.
