This is the grind, and every woman belongs here. ⚙️ About the Workout Join former undefeated professional boxer Darious "D-Active" Harris and Coach Kam for a fun, high energy, no contact boxing cardio workout at NSG Boxing. Whether you come by yourself or bring your friends, you'll be surrounded by women who are there to have fun, get moving, build confidence and strength, and support one another. This event is perfect for women of all fitness and experience levels. Whether you're already active or you're simply looking for a new way to get your body moving, you'll feel right at home. No matter where you're starting, we'll meet you there. This is women empowerment through fitness. It is a welcoming community where every woman can feel strong, confident, and celebrated. Expect great music, positive energy, an amazing workout, and the opportunity to meet new people while investing in yourself. ⚙️ What No Contact Means No contact means you will not be sparring, and no one will be hitting you. You will still be doing real boxing training. You will hit the heavy bags, work the hand pads with our coaches, learn real boxing technique, and do real boxing workouts.
