Whether you're walking, jogging, or running, the Blue Zones Project Riverside Mission Inn Foundation Run Training Moai is your community for the journey. Come train alongside Riversiders who are just as excited (and maybe just as nervous!) as you are - because getting to the start line is so much easier with people cheering you on every step of the way. We'll meet weekly on Thursdays at 6PM in Fairmount Park to stretch, train, and build momentum together. What to Expect: • Warm-up stretches to get you moving right • Scenic laps around Lake Evans, shaded by century-old trees • The chance to run the actual official 5k and 10k Mission Inn Run course before race day Details: • Location: Fairmount Park (by Stewart's Boathouse), 2601 Fairmount Blvd, Riverside, CA 92501 • Time: 6:00 p.m. • All paces and fitness levels welcome: this is a judgment-free zone built for everyone Why Join? • Practice the real race path so race day feels familiar, not intimidating • Meet fellow Mission Inn Foundation Run participants and build real connections • Stay motivated, build healthy habits, and have fun doing it This group is part of a Moai, a small group committed to supporting each other's well-being through social connection and shared goals.
