Nouveau Day is a celebration of the year’s first wine. Traditionally held on the third Thursday of November, it marks the release of nouveau wines, which are bottled just weeks after harvest and meant to be opened right away. These wines are young, bright, and fruit-forward, made for drinking now rather than cellaring.
