EVENT & VENUE CHANGES The organizer reserves the right to modify the event time, room or event location within the venue, entertainment lineup, programming, or other event details when reasonably necessary due to operational, safety, weather, venue-related, or other circumstances. If the event is moved to another venue, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase, and tickets will remain valid for the updated event unless otherwise stated. The event organizer, promoters, producers, DJs, entertainers, contractors, representatives, and affiliated parties are not responsible for the independent or unlawful actions of other attendees or third parties, including fights, altercations, harassment, theft, property damage, or other misconduct outside their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees agree not to hold the event organizer or its affiliated parties liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from risks inherent in attending the event or from the independent actions of third parties, except where liability cannot legally be waived or limited. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. SAFETY & SECURITY Guests must comply with all instructions from venue management, security personnel, and event staff. If you witness a fight, unsafe behavior, harassment, or another security concern, immediately notify venue security or management rather than attempting to intervene.
