Summit 2027: Honoring The Past, Leading El Futuro

Join us for a 2-day conference focused on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and empowering environment where everyone can thrive and lead. Honoring The Past, Leading El Futuro Wednesday, April 28 – Thursday, April 29, 2027 Forty-five years ago, a group of leaders dreamed bigger than the circumstances they saw around them. They envisioned a future where Latino professionals had greater access to opportunity, leadership, and the ability to shape their own futures and strengthen their communities. That vision became HACE. Today, 45 years later, that vision continues to move us forward. HACE has grown into a national community of leaders, alumni, partners, and changemakers who continue to open doors, create pathways, and expand what is possible for the generations that follow. In 2027, as HACE celebrates its 45th anniversary, the HACE National Leadership Summit invites our community to honor the people, progress, and experiences that brought us here while looking boldly toward what comes next. Our theme, “Honoring The Past, Leading El Futuro,” recognizes that the future of leadership is built on the lessons, sacrifices, achievements, and pathways created by those who came before us. As workplaces, communities, and industries continue to evolve, we have an opportunity—and a responsibility—to carry that legacy forward while creating even greater possibilities for the next generation. Over two powerful days, leaders, professionals, partners, and changemakers from across the country will come together for meaningful conversations, practical learning, and connection. Through thought-provoking sessions led by industry experts and community leaders, attendees will explore the forces shaping today's workplace and develop the skills, relationships, and perspectives needed to lead what comes next. We honor where we've been. We lead where we're going. Juntos, we shape El Futuro. More Than a Conference The HACE National Leadership Summit is a gathering of a community committed to creating opportunity and developing the leaders who will shape what comes next. HACE alumni and community members are leading across industries and at every level—from professionals taking the next step in their careers to executives shaping organizations, entrepreneurs creating jobs, and leaders strengthening their communities. In 2027, we come together not only to prepare for the future, but to recognize the foundation that made that future possible. Because honoring the past isn't about standing still. It's about knowing what we carry forward as we lead El Futuro. 2027 Summit Programming Additional details about the 2027 HACE National Leadership Summit, including session topics, speakers, agenda, special programming, hotel accommodations, and registration information, will be announced as we get closer to the event.
