But in today’s competitive job market, doing great work is only part of the equation. Others also need to understand the value you bring. In this session, we will explore how to market yourself without compromising who you are. From an employer’s perspective, we will examine what makes candidates stand out, how to identify and articulate your strengths, and how to turn experience into a compelling professional story. Most importantly, we will explore the difference between self-promotion and self-advocacy while honoring cultural values of humility and contribution. The goal is not to become someone else.
