Pilates workshop created for experienced Pilates practitioners and experienced movement instructors who want to learn more. Pilates workshop created for experienced Pilates practitioners and experienced movement instructors who want to learn more about EDS, hypermobility, and the common overlapping co-morbidities and how to instruct safe exercise. This 3 hour workshop will detail hypermobile EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), POTS, and CCI. The workshop will be taught by Dr. Melanie Carminati, PT, DPT, GTS, NCPT. CEC certification will be available upon request ahead of the workshop.
