Salon Owners Mastermind | Hosted by Chop Safil

A one-day mastermind for salon owners. Learn the systems, strategies, and playbook behind a real multi-location salon business. This isn't another coaching event. It's a room full of salon owners solving real business challenges together. Spend the day inside KINHOUSE in SoHo with Filipe Santos and his leadership team as they pull back the curtain on how they operate a modern, multi-location salon business. No gurus. No gatekeeping. Just honest conversations, proven systems, and practical strategies you can implement immediately. Together we'll dive into topics like recruiting and building high-performing teams, pricing and scheduling, increasing profitability, SOPs and EOS, marketing, AI, education, and creating a business that scales without sacrificing culture. This is an interactive mastermind—not a seminar. Ask questions, share challenges, learn from other owners, and leave with actionable ideas you can apply to your salon the very next day. What's Included • Full-day mastermind at KINHOUSE (SoHo, NYC) • Open Q&A with Fil and the leadership team • Networking with fellow salon owners • Group dinner included • Event recording This event is exclusively for salon owners. Seats are intentionally limited to encourage meaningful discussion and collaboration. After-event Dinner: PORTO by Antonio 8921 Old River Rd. North Bergen, NJ 07047 7pm
