The Craft of Asana -Your Body in Asana with Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann

Five-day immersion This five-day immersion explores the physical intelligence of asana through a practical study of how the body creates movement, strength and support. Using the Ashtanga practice as our laboratory, we will investigate three interconnected systems in your body: the posterior chain, which plays a central role in extension and backbending, the anterior chain, essential to strength and stability, and the interior chain, where breath, bandha and deep internal connection help organise and integrate the body in motion. Through anatomical exploration and familiar asanas we examin new ways to move beyond simply making shapes to better understand how the body really works. Understand how to make your practice more skilful, integrated, intelligent - and enjoyable!
