Leialoha Mahuka – Lauhala Weaver & Cultural Practitioner Leialoha Mahuka is a dedicated teacher and skilled weaver passionate about sharing her knowledge and culture with others. She does all the hard work— harvesting, cleaning, and preparing each piece of lauhala—so that students can fully immerse themselves in weaving. Leialoha’s workshops offer a meaningful hands-on experience. Participants learn to transform lauhala strips into beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces.
