Entrepreneurship Live with: Keely Nakama of FOR: Simple Sustainability

Join us for Entrepreneurship Live with Keely Nakama of FOR: Simple Sustainability. Open to all UH Students, staff, faculty and commmunity. Keely Nakama is the founder and designer of FOR, a Hawaiʻi fashion studio creating limited-run garments through precision tailoring and circular design. Working in small batches, she reimagines reclaimed textiles into contemporary ready-to-wear pieces made with intention and built to last. Her work explores craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and Hawaiʻi's evolving design identity, offering a thoughtful look at what fashion can become when it's rooted in place. This event is sponsored by Tony Bernheim in honor of Saul Reinfeld, Catherine Lynham, and Alan Wong.
