Seafood HACCP Segment Two and FTR Trainings The Seafood HACCP Segment Two training is designed for seafood processors, regulators, and industry professionals who need to meet FDA requirements for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point systems. Please note that Seafood HACCP Segment Two is part of a two-part training program, and participants must complete the online Seafood HACCP Segment One course before attending the instructor-led Segment Two class. The FSPCA Food Traceability Rule Training is a standardized, hands-on course developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance for segments of the food industry that must comply with FDA’s Final Rule on Requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods, also known as the Food Traceability Rule. This rule establishes additional recordkeeping requirements for persons who manufacture, process, pack, or hold foods included on the Food Traceability List. The course provides participants with knowledge of the Food Traceability Rule and practical approaches for developing and implementing food traceability practices. Participants must attend the full Seafood HACCP Segment Two course to receive the AFDO HACCP certificate of completion. Participants must attend the full two-day FSPCA Food Traceability Rule Training to receive the FSPCA registered certificate. Registration includes training materials, lunch, and snacks.
