Please join APWA & SAME for the annual CIP Briefing Updates Join us to hear Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Briefing Updates from various agencies. The 2026 Annual Joint CIP Meeting w/ APWA includes 15-20 Cities, Counties and Agencies presenting their annual Capital Improvement Programs. Breakfast and Lunch are provided. Our CIP Briefing updates will include a variety of speakers.
