Throughout the evening, Chef Robbie shares the inspiration behind the dishes, introduces the ingredients and techniques, and explains why each wine complements its course. Taste together, compare notes, and enjoy conversation with the chef and the couples around you. Choose seats at our four kitchen islands, where fully functioning residential kitchens with premium appliances put you close to the cooking, or reserve one of five private high-top tables for two with padded stools. Our team prepares and serves each course and handles the evening from setup through cleanup. You settle in and enjoy your time together. $500 per couple, fees and tax included. One ticket includes two guests, five courses, and wine pairings. The menu First course — Corn and crab soup Roasted poblano, burnt red onion, whipped fresh cream, fennel pollen and microgreens. Second course — Golden beet salad Whipped goat cheese, living lettuce, tart cherry purée, crushed spiced cashews and orange blossom vinaigrette. Seafood — Citrus-poached jumbo shrimp Roasted butternut squash and tomato, Parmesan risotto and micro arugula. Main course — Sous vide herb-and-garlic-marinated filet Red wine reduction, potato purée, crispy leeks and chili-fired broccolini.
