Ste 216 AM FLIGHT is an aerial yoga experience that combines yoga, strength, mobility, and playful exploration using the aerial hammock. You’ll learn foundational wraps, supported poses, transitions, and beginner-friendly inversions while building confidence in the air. No aerial experience is required. Options will be provided based on your comfort level. Please wear: • Fitted leggings that cover the backs of the knees • A fitted shirt that covers the underarms • No jewelry, zippers, sharp accessories, or heavily scented body products Please bring water and arrive 10 minutes early for hammock setup and safety instructions. Late entry may not be permitted.
