Join Prosperity Chapter #20 for Behind the Smile, an intimate World Mental Health Day experience created to make space for honest conversations about mental health, healing, self-care, and the things we often carry silently. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation. Throughout the evening, guests will hear from a diverse panel of mental health and wellness professionals as we explore the realities of emotional wellness, the pressures we carry, healing, relationships, boundaries, self-care, and what it really means to be okay. Guests will also have an opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A, participate in an interactive reflection experience, connect with wellness vendors and resources, and enjoy light bites and drinks in a welcoming community atmosphere.
