Join us for another Sunday morning stroll through the Houston Heights, with coffee, cocktails, & a post-walk social hour with a live DJ! ☕ Coffee, Cardio & Cocktails: The Heights Edition 🚶‍♀️✨ 📍 EVENT DETAILS: Date: Sunday, October 18th, 2026 Location: I Know The Owner | 1221 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008 Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Dress Code: Sporty and comfortable Houston, we’re hosting another round of Coffee, Cardio & Cocktails in the Heights! We’ll kick things off at I Know The Owner with a specialty Vietnamese coffee & mini croffle from Di Di Coffee, a new Vietnamese coffee pop-up, then head out for a ~2-mile community walk through the Heights. Once we’re back, enjoy music from a live DJ, refreshing cocktails, light bites, and a social hour to reward your cardio! ☕🍸🎶 🎟Your $40 Ticket Includes: ☕ One specialty coffee drink and a mini croffle from Di Di Coffee to kick things off Choose one: Ube Coffee, Pandan Coffee, or Black Sesame Coffee Choose one: Ube Mini Croffle or Matcha Mini Croffle 🍸 One cocktail & light bites waiting for you at the finish Choice of one cocktail: (Apple Highball, Asian Pear Martini, or Rum Old Fashioned) 🍔 Passed Mini Egg Roll Appetizers 🚶‍♀️ A guided ~2-mile walk through the Heights 🎶 Live DJ + post-walk social at I Know The Owner ✨ What Else to Expect: 🍔 Additional cocktails and bites will be available for purchase 💬 Break the ice with a new friend using our conversation-starter jars, located at each table 📸 Snap pics with your friends! Please Note: ⚠️ Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Therefore, the last day to request a refund would be Sunday, October 11th! Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable.
