Halloween Fall Festival Vendor Call

We’re looking for vendors to help make the Halloween Fall Festival extra special! Parking foVendor Setup: Vendor setup is 11:30 AM–1 PM. Vendors may drive into the event lot to unload. After unloading, vehicles must be moved across the street to Pomona Elementary School, where free parking will be available.r 🎃 IMPORTANT: VENDOR TERMS & REQUIREMENTS This Eventbrite reservation is for Fall Festival vendors only. By reserving and paying for a vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to the following vendor requirements: Pomona Resident Vendor Rate: Vendors booking a Pomona resident space must provide proof of Pomona residency. After booking, Nikki, Pomona Lifestyle Manager, will contact you directly to verify your address through the HOA system. If residency cannot be verified, your resident-rate reservation will be refunded and you will need to book at the applicable non-resident rate, subject to availability. Vendor Setup: Vendor setup is 11:30 AM–1 PM. Vendors may drive into the event lot to unload. After unloading, vehicles must be moved across the street to Pomona Elementary School, where free parking will be available. What to Bring: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage and all materials needed for their booth. 🍬 Candy Requirement: This is Halloween! All vendors are required to provide candy for trick-or-treaters visiting their booth AND donate one unopened bag of candy to the Pomona Candy Drive. No-Shows: Vendor fees are non-refundable for vendors who fail to attend the event. Agreement: By completing your Eventbrite reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Fall Festival Vendor Terms & Requirements. 📩 A copy of the vendor instructions and requirements will be emailed to all confirmed vendors after booking.
