A Special Venue with a Remarkable Story Bisong Art Gallery was founded in 2013 by Carla C. Bisong, recognized as Houston’s longest-running Black female commercial gallery owner. After a successful 13-year career in investment banking, Carla followed her passion for art and created a gallery dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices, encouraging cultural dialogue, and connecting communities through visual storytelling.
