Age Restrictions For ages 18 & up Description Bold and flavorful, vibrant Filipino family gatherings often take place around a table of dishes shaped by a blend of Asian, Spanish, and American cuisine. Through classic dishes like stir-fried noodles and tender simmered Chicken Adobo, you’ll learn how to achieve home-cooked flavors that perfectly balance a signature vinegary-tang with savory garlic and soy sauce. Don’t fret — lumpia (fried spring rolls) is definitely on the menu! We know that no proper Filipino gathering would be complete without these VIP guests. Learn how to roll and fry batches of lumpia to achieve the perfect thin, shatteringly crispy exterior. You’ll also learn how to make a rich and creamy coconut-milk pudding studded with sweet corn and full of island-inspired sweetness. At the end of class you’ll get to sit back, relax, and enjoy the flavors of a traditional Filipino meal. You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
