Metered street parking on surrounding downtown blocks is typically free after 6:00 PM (verify posted street signs upon arrival). • Beverage Policy: To keep alcohol service fully compliant with Texas ABC regulations, beverages are purchased individually by card at the Flying Saucer bar.
