About the instructor: Priya Iyer is a versatile and seasoned LA-based dancer with almost 20 years of experience in various dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, gymnastics/flexibility, Bharatnatyam, musical theatre, Bollywood, Indo-contemporary, semi-classical, and Indian fusion. Her undergraduate training included a focus in musical theatre, and her degree reflects a dance minor. She has performed in most of her trained forms in recitals, theatrical shows, stage performances, TV appearances, and dedicated dance videos. She also has experience teaching the noted South Asian dance forms.
