Relax, Sleep Better, Therapeutic Sound Bath, Energetic Reset

Come relax, reset, unplug from the noise, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. With the holidays fast approaching, life can get busy in a hurry! A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a little more calm amidst the hustle and bustle. My next sound bath will be held on Saturday, November 14th, at 4:00 pm at The Light Therapy Lounge in Aliso Viejo. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, this session will be centered around Gratitude and the powerful shift that can happen when we slow down and truly appreciate the good that is already present in our lives. Research suggests that practicing gratitude can support emotional well-being and help us cultivate more positive feelings. During this sound bath, I'll guide you through a gentle gratitude meditation before deep immersion in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. And after the sound bath, no rush, you can relax and enjoy your reset. Think of it as an opportunity to step away from your to-do list, nurture your mind & body, and give yourself permission to simply be. You deserve this time for yourself. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water and eye mask if desired. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
