SoCal LAN's HALOween (Event #4)

Get ready for another packed day with fun and friends as we take our event to Torrance, CA this time around with A/C! Get ready for another packed day with fun and friends as we take our event to Torrance, CA this time around with Air Conditioning but this will be the last event of the year. Tickets will go or sale this weekend and we will have tacos for sale at the event and drinks will be provided! Thanks again to all who keep coming out and making this happen. Here is the schedule as follows but may be subject to changes as the event gets closer. Games played will be Halo: Master Chief Collection + Halo Infinite. Actual Address will be released the monday before the event date, the Torrance Marriot is not the real location. This event is a free event but we ask that you bring your own setup as we want everyone to be able to get plenty of game time and not need to share a setup. We have 8 Setups for rent IF you can't bring a setup (Xbox + Monitor + Controller + A40's) If you are interested but will need to pay a small rental fee ($20). These tickets will be limited to 8 so, it's a first come first served basis. Otherwise bringing your own setup will be completely free and it is free to spectate if you would like to drop by. Event schedule will be as follows: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Introduction/Setup Introduce ourselves and setup servers/equipment to start the LAN. 11:30 AM - 01:30 PM Warmups/ Freeplay While we continue the LAN and others show up, we will play FFA or freeplay 2v2 and of course we will have 4v4 once everyone has arrived. 01:30 PM - 04:00 PM Make Teams/Play Games After we all have had the chance to practice a bit with everyone, we will play multiple series of 4v4 matches which may include a tournament if people are interested at the event. 04:00 PM - 05:15 PM Intermission and Raffle Short intermission for food, raffle, and just take a break and relax. Drinks will be provided by us at the event. 05:15 PM - 06:30 PM Freeplay/Closing Words Have fun until the end of the night! 06:35 PM - 07:00 PM Hard close Disassemble and clean up equipment. We would appreciate any help we can get.
