The undersigned acknowledges and understands that no insurance is available for coverage to the undersigned unless otherwise provided by private insurance obtained by the undersigned. Entry/Advertising Release: In consideration of this entry, car owner, herein referred to as “ENTRANT”, and co-pilot/passengers permit SSin City SS and Cali-SS, herein referred to as “CLUBS”, the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of their cars for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish, sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to the Clubs. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by the Clubs. Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrant, co-pilot/passengers by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Clubs, ISSCA, State of California, City of Garden Grove, Elks Lodge & SteelCraft, event sponsors and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers and servants, and anyone else connected with the management, sponsorship or presentation of WeSSt CoaSSt Gathering of any damages from any and all persons connected with WeSSt CoaSSt Gathering, that may be suffered by entrant to his person or property. Further, entrant, co-pilot/passengers agree to indemnify all of the aforementioned entities, clubs, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of other entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with other entrants and under the direction of control of other entrants. Entrant, co-pilot/passengers agree that attendance to this event is at your own risk and that participation in any contests, games or activities may be limited. Entrant must be 18 years of age. I have read this form and agree to all conditions of the Clubs, WeSSt CoaSSt Gathering application and to rules governing the event, as set forth on this form, and agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management. Those not agreeing to the terms of this event are deemed uninvited persons and will be treated as trespassers. Event Rules for Saturday: Offenders may be asked to leave (no refunds) 1) No outside food or beverages allowed. 2) No canopy set ups unless approved by the show's committe.. 3) No laying hot engines on the grass. If you are on bags, you need to wait until it cools off (1-2 hours) or bring card board to go under your car. Same goes if you leak. Leak on your cardboard. 4) Obviously, no burning out on the grass. We have to pay for the damages. 5) Please pick up after yourself and help your neighbor clean up. We have to leave the park trash and debris free. This includes any cups, napkins, diapers, plates, or trash of any kind. THANK YOU!!!
