Full description from organizer

Build on Workshops 1 & 2 to design your time, protect your priorities, create space, get stuff done and enjoy life along the way. DO, DELEGATE & DELETE: A three-part journey from mental overload to intentional action __________ WIT // HSV invites you to the launch of Do, Delegate & Delete: A Roadmap to Reclaim Energy, a new three-part workshop series led by Ambrosia Patterson, Founder and Head Leadership Coach of Path and Door. __________ Workshops 1 and 2 helped lay the foundation: understanding how you work, getting everything out of your head, creating practical systems for your days and weeks, and becoming more intentional about what to do, delegate, or delete. Now it’s time to put those lessons into practice. In the third and final workshop of the series, Ambro brings everything together to help you intentionally design how your time, priorities, energy, and needs fit into everyday life. You’ll explore how to use block scheduling, intentionally leave space, create visual anchors, and make sure your own needs have a place in the plan—not just everything competing for your attention. __________ ➡️ IN THIS WORKSHOP WE WILL COVER • Block Scheduling • Leaving Space • Visual Anchoring • Prioritizing Needs The goal isn’t to conquer an endless to-do list. It’s to use what you’ve learned throughout the series to create a rhythm that works for you—one that helps you get stuff done, make room for what matters, and have a good time along the way. __________ Attended Workshops 1 and 2? Bring what you discovered. Joining us for the first time? You will receive the context and tools you need to participate fully. __________ ➡️ YOU’LL LEAVE WITH • A clearer understanding of your priorities • A practical framework for evaluating competing demands • Greater awareness of the habits and rewards driving your attention • Tools for delegating clearly and confidently • Language for setting healthier boundaries • A personalized Do, Delegate & Delete action plan • Permission to stop carrying work that no longer belongs to you __________ ➡️ MEET AMBRO Ambrosia Patterson is the Founder and Head Leadership Coach of Path and Door. Through leadership coaching and workshops, she helps people navigate professional and personal transitions with strategic agency, embodied presence, and nervous-system awareness. Ambrosia brings more than 20 years of federal government experience to her practice and is a former member of the Senior Executive Service. She earned her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Her approach connects practical strategy with the human side of leadership—helping people move beyond mental drain and build the capacity to lead, decide, and live with greater presence.
