Flora + Figure

Roll for a profession and a plant, then fuse them into one original character. Students will use shape language, costuming, posing, and prop design to make their character’s identity readable at a glance. Over three days, they’ll build from an initial concept to a finished illustration, then showcase their work at the end of camp. This group fall break art camp is designed to strengthen creative problem-solving through drawing and character design. No advanced art experience is required. Beginners are welcome. The goal isn’t to draw like the instructor. It’s to explore your own style, strengthen your design choices, and leave with a character that feels yours.
