Babies, toddlers & little ones are encouraged to join us! No pressure to have them participate—this is about making movement a part of motherhood in a way that feels fun, welcoming & doable. And remember… you don't have to be fit to belong here. 🤎 All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be available, and coming alone is totally okay.
