Gathered Indy’s own Haley Smith is bringing something wonderful to our community: Breathe & Bond - Mindful Movements for Moms & their Children. Please join us on Friday, September 25th at Coxhall Gardens for a gentle yoga flow that incorporates movements that includes your little ones! ♡ This experience led by Haley will invite opportunities for mothers to stretch, strengthen, & center themselves & is appropriate for all levels of yoga (even those whom have never tried it before). These movements will encourage bonding that you and your mini(s) will love together! We are so excited for this experience & can’t wait for you to be a part of it!
