Crochet Circles

Join Indy Reads and volunteer Kayla B. on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of each month at 12pm to learn how to crochet! Join Indy Reads for a cozy, all-languages, all-ages Crochet Circles hosted by Kayla B. on the 1st & 3rd Sundays* of the month! This is a free event for all ages where crochet community can come together to meet, learn, and support eachother! We will teach you how to crochet if you have never crocheted before. If you have crocheted before, join us to crochet while making new friends! Crochet hooks and yarn will be provided. Supplies may be limited. *Crochet Circles on May 17th, 2026 has been cancelled *Please note that Crochet Circles will be rescheduled when Indy Reads is closed on a first Sunday. Kayla B. is a graduate student at IU Indianapolis and has recently begun volunteering at Indy Reads. She has been crocheting for 5 years and can most frequently be found curled up with her cat and a good book. This event is Pay-What-You-Can. Here’s what your suggested donation can do for the Indy Reads community: FREE – This ticket is for attendees that would like to attend this event and are unable to purchase a ticket. Indy Reads values our community and facilitators. We are proud to provide programming to all. Thank you for being a part of our community! $10 – This donation covers the cost of one attendee to this event. Indy Reads strives to bring the very best programming to Fountain Square and all Hoosiers. Thank you for helping us to keep our quality programs accessible for all! $20 – This donation covers the cost of two attendees to this event. If you are attending as an individual, your ticket at this level makes it possible for another who cannot afford a ticket to attend. It is only through the generosity of our community that we are able to support programs that enrich the lives of all Hoosiers. Thank you for your support!
