Celebrate fall by learning safe canning techniques and preserve fresh seasonal flavors you'll enjoy all year long. Celebrate the flavors of fall by learning the art of food preservation! Join Food Preservationist Joyce Moore for a fun, hands-on canning class where you'll learn safe techniques for canning, pickling, and preserving fresh fruits and vegetables. Take home your homemade creations and enjoy the taste of the harvest all year long. Most equipment is provided. 8-Part Series Near Northwest Residents: $10 per class (includes food and two jars) Non–Near Northwest Residents: $15 per class (includes food and two jars) Aspire House 1002 Udell St. Indianapolis, IN 46208 Please Note: Registration fees are non-refundable.
