Kitchen Knife Making This class will take you through the process of making your own kitchen knife. You’ll learn how to make wooden scales and apply them to one of the knife hardware kits (Chef, Fillet or Santoku). We’ll also cover sawing, sanding, and finishing techniques. By the time the class has completed, you’ll have your very own knife to take home
