We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-centered breathing exercise followed by a yin style yoga practice in accom with a soothing sound bath. moving with the breath and creating space in the body for whatever is ready to be released. We’ll melt into a soothing sound bath meditation, allowing the vibrations of the bowls to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and carry you deeper into stillness. This is a space to exhale what no longer belongs to you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and return to the living space within. No performing. No rushing. No need to have it all figured out.
