Attendees learn to craft a ULU cutting bowl and knife set in this hands-on workshop. Participants mount blanks on a lathe, shape wooden handles, and apply food-safe oil finishes. All materials are provided for creating the custom tool kit.

ULU Knife Bowl Come Join us for a fun and hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make your very own ULU cutting bowl and knife set. First we will explain how easy it is to cut and glue your bowl blank you will mount your blank to the lathe and turn the chopping bowl. When your chopping bowl is complete we will have you select the wood for your ULU knofe handle and show you how to cut and prepare the wood for mounting to the knife kit. Now you are ready to sand the handle to a custom shape and finish it off with a food safe oil. (All materials are provided in the cost of your class)
