Yoga for Heart Health Awareness

Find your flow for heart health with yoga instructor, Tyler Alford Join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community as we come together to prioritize our heart health. ❤️ This welcoming yoga experience is an opportunity to slow down, destress, and reconnect with our bodies through intentional movement and breath. Our intention for the evening is simple: create space to care for ourselves while recognizing that movement and stress management are meaningful ways we can contribute to our own heart health. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, come as you are, bring your mat, and enjoy an evening dedicated to wellness, connection, and giving back. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association, supporting their mission to improve cardiovascular health and build healthier lives and communities.
