2026 Underground @ REACH

The Underground @ REACH takes on the challenge of reviving cooperation from a value back to an an industry operating model. For more than 115 years, credit unions have proven that purpose, cooperation, and people-first leadership are enduring competitive advantages. Those foundations have never wavered. What is changing is the world built around them. The Underground @ REACH brings executive leaders from California, Nevada, and Utah together for an intimate gathering designed as an executive roundtable focusing on meaningful conversation, executive connection, and shared exploration of how organizations preserve the wisdom, experience, and cooperative identity that define the movement while designing new operating models for an intelligent future. There is no registration fee. Instead, we are asking attendees to make a donation (suggested $100) or more to support the Shapiro Group Network and the smaller credit unions this Summit is designed to strengthen.
