Ecstatic Dance

Every Friday night 7pm. Free flow movement to uplifting music. Feel the music, begin to move, let go and enjoy yourself Dance beneath the stars and reconnect with your aliveness. Ecstatic Dance is a moving meditation where there are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no way to do it wrong. In a peaceful outdoor setting, you'll be invited to move freely, express yourself authentically, release stress, awaken creativity, and celebrate life through music and movement. Connect with yourself, the earth beneath your feet, and a supportive community under the night sky. This is a substance-free, judgment-free space where all are welcome to explore movement in their own unique way. Whether you come to play, heal, reflect, connect, or simply enjoy moving to high-vibe music, you'll find a supportive environment that encourages authenticity, presence, and joy. No experience needed—just bring an open heart, comfortable clothes, and some water ✨🌙💃🕺 This simple practice can help quiet the mind, energize the body, spark creativity, and leave you feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you. Come dance, celebrate life, and experience the freedom of moving exactly as you are. 💫
