She spent two decades building companies from scratch, most recently as founder and CEO of Raddish Kids, a cooking subscription brand she grew from her garage to $70M in lifetime revenue. In 2025, she sold the company and recalibrated all parts of life alongside it. Through her alter ego, Coach Claudette, she pairs real coaching conversation with hands-on AI systems work, treating the practical and the personal as one connected process, so women can get clear enough to hear what's actually underneath the operational noise of life.
