✨NEW MOON SOUNDBATH✨ | Slow Down Before the Holidays

.A restorative sound bath at the Awareness Center in Pasadena. Let the sound wash over you and come home to yourself before the holidays. A tender new moon sound bath to slow down before the holidays get loud. 🌙 A Moonlit Sound Bath Series. New moons for intention. Early November feels tender and quiet. The days are shorter, we're inside more, and there's an invitation to come home to yourself before things get noisy. If your nervous system has been dysregulated, this one is for you. We'll settle into a long, immersive sound bath with nothing asked of you but to lie down and listen. You don't have to quiet your mind on your own tonight, the sound will do that for you. Close your eyes and let your breath slow while the room gets softer around you. Bring your mat, bring your blanket, bring a friend if you'd like, community is welcome here. Come tired, come hopeful, come exactly as you are. No prior experience is needed. A gentle request: please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin. We'll start promptly at 7:00 PM.
