Join us for an easy hike and a relaxing forest bath—slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy nature together. Gentle Hike and Forest Bathing Join us in person for a gentle hike and forest bathing. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or chair to help you relax on Mother Earth during our forest bathing. You might also bring a drink to enjoy while we slow down and take in the beauty around us.
