The highly anticipated quinquennial event is taking place at UCI. The Alliance is a world leader in the performance, research, and advocacy for art songs by Black composers. The conference hosts performances, lectures, panel discussions, and master classes from world class artists and scholars. Appearances by Denyce Graves, Angela Brown, Marietta Simpson, Kenneth Overton, Janai Brugger, Will Liverman, Priscilla Baskerville, Roderick George, Louise Toppin, and many more!
