Come rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself. 🤎 🧘♀️ Optional Yoga with Laura | Yoga Abrazo Begin your afternoon with a gentle yoga flow designed to help you move, stretch, and ground before the sound bath. 3:00–4:00 PM | $5 Yoga is optional. Payment will be made directly to Laura in person. ✨ Sound Bath 5:00–6:00 PM Check-in begins at 4:45 PM Energy Exchange: $35 Eventbrite service fee not included.
