Cultivate: Milk Kefir Workshop + Seasonal Tasting

We'll begin with a seasonal kefir tasting, then explore the fermentation process together through a relaxed, hands-on workshop. You'll learn how to care for kefir grains, make your own milk kefir, and discover simple ways to incorporate it into everyday food. We'll gather around the table for a seasonal meal featuring kefir in ways you may not have experienced before. You'll leave with: • Your own milk kefir grains • A jar to begin fermenting at home • Simple care and fermentation instructions • Recipes and inspiration for using kefir • The confidence to continue fermenting on your own No fermentation experience is needed. Cultivate is designed to make fermentation approachable, curious and fun. Space is intentionally limited to 8 guests to keep the evening intimate, conversational and hands-on.
