Nice and Swell, Jahtiva, The Rudians on Thursday, October 29 at The Wayfarer in Costa Mesa, CA! Nice&Swell is an Alternative Reggae Rock band from Huntington Beach, California, born from a friendship forged in the surf. Grant Esco and Arturo Grimes met while giving surf lessons in Huntington Beach, and on September 15th, 2022, they bought a drum kit, wrote their first song Hourglass, and Nice&Swell was born. The two performed as a duo before linking up with former classmates John Wedner (lead guitar) and Brendyn Quiroz (bass), who helped the music come fully to life. They released their debut album on April 20th, 2023, followed by several singles. They then headed into the world-famous 17th Street Recording Studio with producer Lewis Richards to craft their sophomore record — released April 20th, 2025. Nice&Swell is driven by a pure love and respect for music, always jamming and spreading good vibrations.
